Ms. Lea Bonaga is a seasoned Project Architect and Strategist Head with over a decade of experience in waterfront residential design, commercial developments, and mixed-use projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Known for innovative, client-centric design, she has led the successful completion of over 20 major projects.
Mr. Shailesh Nagpure
Mr. Shailesh Nagpure is a seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in solar PV module manufacturing, operations, and production line execution. Currently serving as a Team Lead Manager at ReNew Power Pvt. Ltd., he brings deep technical expertise in line setup, product development, and throughput optimization. Shailesh has successfully led high-capacity module line installations, including the commissioning of 1.2 GW and 2.4 GW solar manufacturing units, with specialization in TopCon and Mono Bifacial technologies. Known for his strong leadership in lean manufacturing, quality improvement, and cost optimization, he has consistently delivered yield improvements and operational excellence. His strategic planning and execution skills have played a pivotal role in setting new industry benchmarks in module production.

Ms. Nabila Hadia Hawail
Ms. Nabila Hadia Hawil is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience across Africa and the Middle East. Currently serving as Head of Marketing and Communications at Sun & Sand Group in Dubai, she has led major branding and customer engagement initiatives. She previously held senior roles at Porcelanosa Group and other prominent companies in Guinea.
Mr. Divy Prakash Tiwari
Mr. Divy Prakash Tiwari brings nearly 12 years of extensive experience in solar engineering, EPC, and design management. Currently the Solar Design Head at Sunce Renewables Pvt. Ltd., he has led the design and engineering of numerous high-impact ground-mounted and rooftop solar power projects across India, including collaborations with clients like NTPC, Tata, ONGC, and Walmart. With core expertise in electrical layout design, component selection, and project execution up to 132 kV substations, Divy has also played a vital role in pre-bid assessments, SOP development, technical training, and cross-departmental coordination. His ability to drive innovation, optimize cost, and build high-performance engineering teams makes him an integral part of Dhaaran International’s leadership in clean energy solutions.
